Corvus, as a credit card authorization and payment executor, treats personal data as a processor and treats personal data in accordance with the strict data protection regulations 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the PCI DSS L1 Registration Protection and Data Transfer Regulation.

Corvus is SSL certified and uses 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol for the highest level of data protection and data transfer.

Personal data used in the performance of the agreement or in the performance of the obligations arising from the agreement shall be considered confidential.

Corvus will not process or use this personal information except for the purpose of enforcing the Agreement and making payments.

Corvus warrants that the conditions set out in the Personal Data Protection Legislation for Personal Data Processors will be met, in particular all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and confirms this with the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
